At Jantar, as an institution for adult education, our goal has always been to provide quality education, modern methods and approaches to teaching, and continuously improve our work. Thanks to Erasmus accreditation, this mission has been greatly facilitated. There are three main areas in which it has helped us.

When we were preparing for the application for Erasmus accreditation, we had to design our Erasmus plan. This provided us with an exceptional opportunity to focus on the long-term development of our school. Through planning, we were able to clearly define our goals and strategies for achieving them. Thinking about how we want our school to look in the future helped us focus on activities that would bring the most benefit to our staff, the entire institution, and our students.

One of the biggest advantages of Erasmus accreditation is the continuous opportunity for professional development for our teachers and staff. Thanks to simplified project applications, reporting, and stable funding, our teachers can regularly participate in various forms of professional development. These streamlined administrative processes and flexibility in implementation allow us to focus more on education and development and less on bureaucracy. These activities not only contribute to the professional growth of our employees but also directly enhance the quality of teaching and the overall work in our school.

In addition to staff development, Erasmus accreditation has opened doors for the mobility of our students. Our adult learners now have the opportunity to participate in mobilities abroad, where they can not only improve their language and other key competences but also gain valuable intercultural experience. These mobilities are crucial for motivating our students, as they allow them to apply their knowledge in real-life situations and gain insights into the culture and customs of other countries. This elevates their language learning to a higher level, making it more relevant to their personal and professional goals.
