Jantar Leads the First Erasmus+ Consortium for Language Schools in Croatia!
Since 2021, Jantar – International House Split has proudly held an Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of adult education. Through it, we’ve enabled professional development opportunities for our teachers across Europe, as well as organized mobilities for adult learners attending our language courses – from Ireland to Spain. 🎓✈️
This year, we’ve taken it a step further. We have become the coordinator of the first Erasmus+ consortium for private language schools in Croatia. This means that Jantar no longer uses the Erasmus accreditation solely for its own purposes, but also on behalf of other schools across the country.
🔗 Who are the members of our consortium?
The consortium currently includes six schools from different regions of Croatia – Split, Zagreb, Rijeka, Varaždin, and Čakovec. Each school works with adult learners and shares the same vision: to offer quality education, international experiences, and growth opportunities for both staff and students.
Thanks to the Erasmus+ programme, all consortium members can now:
-
send their teachers and other staff members for professional development abroad
-
organize mobilities for adult learners
-
develop international partnerships and promote European values through education
📣 Upcoming Erasmus+ application deadline: October 1, 2025
If you're a school, association, or organization providing non-formal adult education, we encourage you to consider applying for Erasmus accreditation or individual mobility funding.
🗓️ Deadline: October 1, 2025 at 12:00 noon
